位于新加坡河北岸，所塑为英国人斯坦福·莱佛士。据说雕像所在地就是他1819年1月29日初来新加坡时的登陆地点。莱佛士上岸后，向新加坡引进了英国式的司法体系，进而将新加坡逐渐演变为一现代通商口岸。莱佛士被认为是现代新加坡的缔造者。
